I tune organs for a living, some are very large pipe organs. 432Hz is just the frequency of one note; Middle A. All the other notes have different frequencies. In a good sized organ, there are 113 other notes. Middle A is the reference pitch. You set your electronic tuner to it. Usually middle A is set to 440Hz but when the temperature is low, this pitch drops. I have tuned organs to 432Hz many times. It does not improve the sound, perform magic tricks or any of the other nonsense in this video.
